Full Booking Terms & Conditions
The confirmation of the booking by the guests is deemed acceptance of these terms. These terms apply to all bookings except to the extent specific terms apply for a particular booking.
Bookings
Guest may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subjected to availability and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking. Guest making a booking must be minimum 18 years of age.
Check-in & Check-out times
Guests May check-in any time from 2.00 pm (14.00 GMT) and must check-out before 11.00 am.
Any reservations made (including through other 3rd Parties), Guests must provide a written form of booking confirmation issued to them upon arrival. Guests must provide a proof of Identity upon arrival at the Hotel. Passport, Driving License, Employment Identity card can be a proof of identity. Any bookings made with student discount, the Guest must provide their proof of student entitlement, Student card upon arrival (ISIC card or Student Identity card provided by the university). Reservations of Guest made under Student Discount are only valid if each of the guests holds a valid Student Identity Card.
Guest requiring safe storage for their luggage can request for this facility. Storage charges apply. Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage or unclaimed articles.
Payment
On check-in, the guest must pay full accommodation cost. For other services such as transport, drinks, meals, telephone, fax, laundry, Internet cafe, minibar etc.. pre-authorisation would be taken on guest's credit card.
The actual payment would be charged when the bill exceeds the pre-authorisation amount limit or at the time of check-out. If service charges exceed the pre-authorisation amount, add on services can continue to be availed only after the actual payment is made and another pre authorization is given.
Where the credit card is not available for pre authorization, cash deposit should be made in place of pre-authorisation. If no services were used, the cash deposit would be refunded. If any services are used, charge will be deducted from the cash deposit and the balance would be refunded. If the service exceeds the cash deposit amount, another cash deposit would be required.
Guest must pay all the outstanding charges on departure. Any outstanding bills in the Hotel Bar, Restaurant or dues of any other Hotel product or services been availed by the hotel Guest must be settled prior to checkout.
On check-out, room key must be handed over to the Receptionist and all guests must complete the checkout formalities. In failure of handing over the room keys, 10.00 will be charged.
Guest's responsibility
- It's the guest's responsibility to check the quantity of drinks and snacks on the mini bar at the time of check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any items missing or damaged in the room during their stay.
Prices
All published rates include VAT (and local taxes) at the current rate. Accommodation rates are per room per night that includes a choice of English or Continental breakfast.
Right of Refusal
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
Disturbance
The Hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
Relocation
In the unlikely event that Bridge park Hotel does not, for any reason have the required number and types of rooms available as per the Booking, Bridge Park Hotel will try it's best to relocate the guest to another hotel of a similar standard in the same locality for the first night and refund the paid amount for the subsequent nights or alternatively Bridge Park will refund any paid amount and 25% of the agreed First night rate as goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. The acceptance of this obligation shall be in lieu of all other liabilities or obligations, which are hereby expressly excluded.
Hotel Rules
- Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Hotel, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.
- Guests are not allowed to bring in any pets except guide dogs.
- An adult guest must supervise children under the age of 18 at all times. Adult guest are responsible for children's access to age-restricted items like fruit machine, mini-bar and cigarette vending machine.
- Hotel being licensed premises; alcohol from outside for consumption is not allowed in the entire hotel.
Losses, Liabilities
- The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest's vehicle, unless caused by the Hotel's willful misconduct.
- The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to any properties of the guest including items in the safe storage. Bridge Park recommends the hotel guests to insure their items.
- Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel.
- English law shall govern these Conditions and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Guests should also refer to the Notice relating to Loss or Damage to Guest's Property displayed in Reception.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
To confirm a booking of less than four rooms:
- Deposit fee is 15.00 per room per night.
- At the time of reserving, the minimum due amount must be paid in full in cash, credit/debit card or cheque (received one week prior to arrival date).
- Any reservation made for up to 2 nights, full amount must be paid at the time of reservation.
- Any reservation made for 3 or more nights booking, 2 nights rate amount and the deposit fee must be paid.
- Bookings made under the 'Student discount' category can only be made if all the members of the group are full time students with Valid ISIC cards (international Student Identity card) or Student Identification card provided by their University. Where a group consists of students and non-students, separate bookings must be made for each.
To confirm a booking of four rooms or more:
- For block bookings of four rooms or more, the standard deposit fee of 50% must be paid in full one month before arrival date.
For Long Term Booking:
Special weekly rates are available for guest staying for more than 4 weeks. Contact our Hotel booking office for information. One-week deposit must be paid in advance prior to check-in. The deposit will be refunded or adjusted against any due bills on checkout. The weekly agreed rent must be paid in advance on a weekly basis.
Immigration
Bridge Park reserves the right to cancel any booking made for any purpose other than for the use of accommodation. As such any reservations made for the visa or immigration purposes will be cancelled before the date of arrival.
Child policy and extra person
Children up to 2 years to stay free in their parents room using existing bedding or a baby cot. Any Child under the age of 12 accompanied by an adult Guest will incur a charge of 10.00 per night per child.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation made giving at least one week notice of arrival date (12.00 GMT); handling fee of one night deposit fee (15.00) will be charged.
- Cancellation made giving at least forty eight hours notice of arrival date (12.00 GMT), the deposit fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made for 2 nights or more booking within forty eight hours of arrival date (12.00 GMT) will be charged in full for the 2 nights and all subsequent nights will be charged the deposit fee.
- Cancellations made for of up to 2 nights booking within forty eight hours of arrival date (12.00 GMT) will incur full charges.
Block booking
- Cancellation within fourteen days of any block booking of four rooms or more will incur full charges.
- Cancellation giving at least fourteen days notice of any block booking of four rooms or more will incur 50% of the deposit fee.
Third Party booking cancellation
- If a reservation has been made through 3rd party by paying booking/deposit fee paying directly to them, Bridge Park Hotel is not responsible in case of cancellation.
- If a cancellation is made within forty eight hours of arrival date, 1 night rate per first 7 nights would be charged.
- If a cancellation is made giving a minimum forty eight hours notice, handling charges of 15.00 would be incurred.
- If reservation has been made through 3rd party without any booking / deposit fee paid to them then, our normal cancellation policy applies.
Long term booking
- Cancellation made giving at least one week notice of arrival / check out date, handling fee of 15.00 will be charged.
- Cancellation made giving less than one week notice of arrival / check out date, one week rent will be charged.
Cancellations can be requested online, via fax, phone or email. All cancellations must be requested before 6.00 pm of the arrival date. Any late cancellations will not be accepted. Confirmation of cancellations will be sent to guest by the same day via phone, fax, email of business days. Any request to cancel a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation confirmation.
Special Requests
Any and all requests or comments made in the "Special Request" section of the booking form are on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed.
Security
Bridge Park makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all the credit card transactions are secure. However, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit / debit card statement for that card used on bridgeparkhotel.co.uk at any time during or after you make your booking, conduct your transaction or disclose your credit card details on the website bridge park shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in anyway connected with said use, transaction or disclosure.
Discrimination
It is the policy of the hotel not to discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, creed, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability. Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Hotel, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.
Statutory requirements
- The Hotel is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene and safety. The Hotel guests must strictly observe these requirements.
- All the information provided by Guests is their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission, in particular the e-mail address and the credit or debit card details. Bridge Park cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed emails and/or any reservation cancelled/rejected/not guaranteed due to incorrect/invalid details, You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- All the credit card information provided by guests is their responsibility and should be correct at the time of submission. Bridge Park cannot be held responsible for any reservation cancelled/rejected/not guaranteed due to incorrect/invalid details.
- We require guests to double-check all confirmations. It is the Guest's responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and the confirmation is consistent with the Guests requirements.
