Equipment hire
It is the hirer’s responsibility to verify the functioning of all the equipments prior to the meeting. Our highly trained meeting coordinators are available at your request to assist in any technical equipment handling.
Hirer is responsible for any items missing or damaged in the Meeting room during their hire.

Room hire, Equipment hire prices are subjected to review.
Out of Hours hire
An Additional and out-of-hours request depends on the availability and will be charged £50.00 per one hour.
Losses, Liabilities
The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a delegate’s vehicle.
The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to any properties of the delegate including items in the safe storage. Bridge Park recommends the hotel guests to insure their items.
Delegate will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel.
Cancellations
Following cancellation fee apply if the hired meeting room is cancelled
If cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) before the hired date, 30% of the total booking fee will be charged.
If cancelled 1 week (7 days) before the hired date, 60% of the total booking fee will be charged.
If cancelled during 24 hours before the hired date or in case of no show, 100% will be charged.
