Booking a Room
Our online “Search and Book” facility helps you to quickly find the available rooms and reserve them in just few simple steps.
STEP 1
CHECK AVAILABILITY
You select the Arrival and Departure date (you can use the calendar icon tool) and request for a search by clicking on the “Check Availability” button.
STEP 2
SELECT THE ROOM(S)
You will find a list of room types with rates that are available for the dates you have chosen. (Please note that the hotel room rates may fluctuate throughout the year with changing demand. Book in advance during event days to get better rates) You will select the number of rooms under the preferred room type from the drop down menu and click on the “Book Now” button. By default '1' room will be displayed in all room types.
STEP 3
GIVE BOOKING INFORMATION
In this step you will need to give guest and booking information agreeing to the Booking terms and conditions. (Minimum payment at the reservation and balance amount payable upon arrival will be displayed for guest information).
STEP 4
SECURE PAYMENT
You will be taken to Pay Pal secure payment gateway to pay for the room you have chosen with a Booking ID and Amount shown on the top. You will enter the billing, card information here and confirm the payment.
